Preparation

Participants are expected to arrive regulated and clear.

Recreational substances, plant medicines, or altered-state compounds should not be used within 48 hours prior to the session.

A salt bath or salt shower prior to arrival is recommended to support energetic stabilization.

This work requires personal responsibility before, during, and after each gathering.
